Good Afternoon BIA Members,

 

The City will open the 2026 Commercial Facade Improvement grant portal at 9am on Monday, March 2.  Although the submission deadline is April 30, this grant is allocated on a first-come first-served basis and until funds are committed.  This means that the allocation of available funds goes quickly and usually is done before the closing date.
