The Commercial and Industrial Property Improvement Grant Program is now open. Please see the link below to the City of Toronto website, where you can find information about the program and the application form for submission.  This grant is available to both business owners and property owners who have street level businesses.  The link provides details on what type of improvements are eligible and what is not.

Please note, the first round of applications will be accepted until June 30, 2022, or when funds are expended, whichever comes first.
