With the approval of the City's budget last week I've been notified that the City's Facade Improvement Grant will be going forward for 2023.  The portal to apply is scheduled to open next Wednesday, March 1/23.  Applications will be reviewed on a first come - first served basis until the funds are all allocated.  I know that this grant is very popular so if you or your property owner is interested in applying I would recommend that you don't delay.  

 

For those of you who are not the property owner but think your landlord may be interested in this please forward this email to them.
