Good Afternoon BIA Members,

The TTC has announced a subway closure for this coming weekend on Line 2. This is the long weekend and I know it's usually a busy one in our area so you may wish to post on your social media platforms so your customers are aware.

Subway service on Line 2 between Woodbine and Broadview stations will be replaced by shuttle buses on Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18, for planned track work. TTC staff will be available to assist customers.

Chester Station will be closed. All other subway stations will remain open for customers to purchase and load a PRESTO card, ticket and connect to surface routes.

Extra Wheel-Trans buses will operate between Woodbine and Broadview stations for any customer requiring assistance.

Regular subway service will resume Monday, May 19, at 6 a.m.
