I hope everyone is surviving this crazy heat! I have a couple of items for you today as follows:
Commercial Facade Improvement Grant:
- This grant portal is now open through to September 30 or until all funds have been allocated.
- If you are not the property owner please feel free to share this with your landlord.

Danforth/Bowden Construction Impacts For This Week:
- The contractors will be de-mobilizing demolition equipment early morning on Thursday, June 26, 2025. In preparation, fencing will be installed on Wednesday, June 25 at approximately 4:00 PM. The fencing will remain in place until early afternoon on June 26.
- This temporary setup will impact parking in the area, particularly permit parking spots, which may be unavailable from the evening of June 25 until the following afternoon.
- Attached please see a diagram of the parking impacts for Danforth and Bowden.
