Collection schedule changes on November 1, 2009.

For all businesses operating within the Danforth BIA, please note the following important changes to your collection schedule:

• Set out: After 6:00PM and before 9:00PM
• All materials are now collected on the same night once per week on tuesdays
  
• 5 or 6 night per week premium organics collection fee continues

All business should have received a new garbage collection calendar, but if you have not yet, we'll save you the trouble - garbage, organics and recycling will be picked up EVERY tuesday night between now and October 26th, 2010.

Though this means weekend nights will no longer be plagued by garbage on the sidewalks, it does also mean for certain businesses that they will have to store garbage in their business a little longer.  If prior arrangements are made with the city for more frequent organics pickup (ie., restaurants),  this will remain unchanged.
